Individuals may register for 2 TICKETS ONLY
Entry is free for registered guests only. Guests are required to be age 14 and over.
are for extended needs individuals and 1 guest only. We encourage attendees select a date or 1 guardian to attend the dance with the individual. If individual requires a guardian or caretaker, and also wants to attend with a date, registration per individual is suggested. Multiple, non need individual registration is prohibited due to limited venue space. We reserve this right of attendee expectations. No entry without ticket will be permitted due to the safety of all individuals, and fire marshal requirements. No ticket claim or registration will be permitted to occur at the door. Paper or digital tickets will be accepted. Only 150 ticket packages will be available for 2022.
Guests age 14-99 are permitted. All guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Doors will open promptly at 5 PM for Luminescent Evening Dance and Celebration. Event will end promptly at 9 PM. The Make It Fit Foundation, Ashland University, Trilogy Co, and volunteers hold no liability or responsibility for attending guests, transportation, medical or dietary needs, behavioral needs, or evening expectations. Family and provider services are responsible for all required needs of each attending individual. This is a live event with still, digital, and video recordings. By attending, you comply and agree to allow your image and likeliness to be shared and/or used in images, marketing, or print by the Make It Fit Foundation, Trilogy Co Events, and any and all sponsor companies in any and all marketing definitions. Please be advised by accepting tickets, you make an electronic agreement to endorse and agree to these requirements.
This event has a 14 to 100+ year old requirement. Ticket is required at all entry points, with virtual or paper ticket.
