Cocktail or Costumed attire is appreciated for this evening affair. Guests are inspired to create themed attire to represent their vision of Oz.

This is a pre-event ticket sale ONLY. No ticket sales will occur at the door. Prior events have been sold out, don't delay!


Doors will open promptly at 4 PM for registration, cocktails, and social hour. 
 
Dinner will begin at 5 PM, with adjusted time for announcements. Evening festivities and entertainment to begin between 6 to 7 PM. Schedule is subject to change.
 
This is a 21 and over, ladies ONLY event. Due to Ohio laws, ID is required at all security check points, with virtual or paper ticket for entry, and at all bars. All members of reserved tables must be present upon check in at registration with the registered guest. This is non-negotiable disclosure.
Guests should be aware and understand that by attending, you commit and agree to have your image and likeness there of be filmed, photographed, aired live, and admitted into any and all social media and media representations by all hosts, sponsors, event groups, and fellow attendees.

Times can vary for the agenda of this event. Be prepared. Game times, dinner hour, dance sessions, and intermissions can not be adjusted to meet your personal timeframe. Requests for these adjustments will not be honored. This is an open event with a flexible schedule. Please be advised that loud noises, extreme lighting, flashes, and high tone noise is involved. We highly recommend individuals with sensory related needs to be prepared with any and all aides.

All tickets include: Dinner, Wine Bar, Dessert, Mid Eve Snack, Handbag Entertainment with 1 regular bingo booklet, bingo supply, swag bag, and VIP hosts for your evening pleasure. No refunds will be provided, under any circumstance other than state mandated closings. All sales are final. Make It Fit Foundation and any affiliate party will not be held responsible for any guest ticket exchange or transfer.

Cocktail Bar is not included with ticket sales.

This event does not mandate the use of face masks. All state guideline and mandates for Covid prevention will be followed and adhered to via venue guidelines for state events at the time of the event. We do not provide any guidance or information in relation to Covid-19, other than the verbiage provided to us by the state of Ohio. The Make It Fit Foundation will not be held liable for anything in relation to Covid-19 prior to or post the event. We will not provide refunds for any guest that is unable to attend due to anything related to Covid-19, other than a state mandated closure of the event or state as a whole. The Make It Fit Foundation reserves the right to cancel the event under any such terms that the state of Ohio might present. In the case of closure or cancelation, all tickets will be moved forward and extended to a rescheduled Bingo event. No exceptions. Please consider all circumstances before purchase.

All proceeds from this event benefit The Make It Fit Foundation,
a Columbus, Ohio based not-for-profit organization that endeavors
to improve the lives of individuals affected by Autism Spectrum Disorders. Proceeds from this event will be used to fund Make It Fit’s Education Family Support and Advocacy program, a program designed to help parents with children on the autism spectrum advocate for their child’s legal rights in the public school system. This event also supports Luminescent, an evening dance and celebration for the extended needs community, and sensory room design and creation for approved spaces.

Sponsorship Packages are as follows:

Couture Sponsor - $10,000

4 Reserved VIP Tables for 32 guests, with private, early entrance to the event. VIP Swag bags for each of your guests, along with 3 BINGO booklets and supply, and 3 free cocktails.  Includes full, exclusive event marketing rights to the entirety of the event. 7 Handbags in the game 1 line up will be tagged as an exclusive donation from your company with a value of $300 or more, each. The grand Prize will be sponsored by your company, along with Swag bag rights for printed materials or gifts to be provided by your company. Other swag will be added in the company name as well. Sponsor should note that other sponsors will be premeired as promised in other packages.

-Chic Sponsor - $4000

2 Reserved Tables for 16 guest tickets. Sponsor of the special event game with  recognition. Full branding and signage at all bars throughout the event, including cocktail napkins, menu, game board, table cards, and handbag tags. 3 handbags will be tagged as a donation from your company with a value of $500 or more, each. Brand/logo on all print materials, inclusion on sponsored (paid advertising) posts on Facebook, branding on bingo call board, marketing loop, and all visual screens throughout the event with verbal recognition by event host pre and post event, access to swag bags for any printed company material or swag to be added. *

 

-Designer Sponsor - $3000

1 Reserved table with 8 reserved, guest tickets, brand/logo on table, your brand/logo recognized as key event sponsor on all social media, brand/logo in swag bag, branding on bingo call board and event screens, and verbal recognition by event host pre and post event. 2 Handbags will be tagged and sponsored from your company at the event.

 

- Jet Setter Sponsor - $1,500

Partial table with 4 reserved, guest tickets, brand/logo on table, recognized as event sponsor on social media, branding on bingo call board, and verbal recognition by event host pre and post event. 1 Handbags will be tagged and sponsored from your company at the event.

 

- Fashionista Sponsor - $500

2 guest, single entry tickets, brand/logo on table, branding on bingo call board, and verbal recognition by event host pre and post event. 1 chance bag will be tagged and sponsored from your company at the event.

 

Handbag Sponsor - $300

No Tickets.Brand/logo on event signage, recognized as event sponsor on social media, branding on bingo call board, and verbal recognition by event host pre and post event.*

-Swag Bag Sponsor - $600

A personalized item with your company's logo will be added to the event swag bad. This item can be created with specification with our team. Some items may be made, some may be ordered. Each guest will receive this item, as well as an extra item for our Event VIPs.

Your sponsorship allows us to allocate a larger percentage of funds raised to families in need, and provides your business with valuable exposure to over 14,000 people who follow our page on Facebook, and (at top sponsorship levels) to the 25,000+ people who attend our events each year.
