5th Annual Phil “The Gift” Heath Fundraiser,  Benefiting The Make It Fit Foundation. Friday, March 3th, 2017 at The Athletic Club of Columbus. 

 

Title Sponsor - $10,000 –  (One available)

The Title Sponsor will get Top Tier in advertising and prime placement on all forms of media and advertising. They will also get placement on all photos taken in the photobooth and shared on a multitude of social media pages and websites. They will also receive a link on our sponsors page for one year.

Admission to the event for up to 16 people will also be included, as well as limo service from downtown hotels to and from the event.  This package also includes 32 drink tickets.  This package may have some restrictions with some professional athlete’s sponsorship contracts. Those issues will be discussed and resolved to all parties agreement.

 

Event Sponsor - $5000 (Two available)

The Event Sponsor will get Second Tier in advertising and placement on all forms of media and advertising.. They will also receive a link on our sponsors page for one year.

Admission to the event for up to 8 people will also be included, as well as limo service from downtown hotels to and from the event.  This package also includes 16 drink tickets. Food Sponsor - $5000 (One available)

The Food Sponsor will get Second Tier in advertising and placement on all forms of media and advertising.They will also receive a link on our sponsors page for one year. This package also includes 16 drink tickets.

VIP Tables for 16 (Only 3 available) -  $2500 . Includes admission for 16 guests, 16 drink tickets, food, Limousine Service from Downtown hotels to the event, as well as the return trip, 3RD  Tier advertising on any printed materials and all forms of media,  banner ads and links on www.makeitfit.org  to run until December 31st, 2017.

 

VIP Table for 8  (Only 5 available) - $1000. Includes: admission for 8 guests, food,8 drink tickets, Limousine Service  from downtown hotels to event and the return trip, 3rd Tier advertising  on any printed materials for the event,  and media mentions whenever possible.

 

Photobooth Sponsor (Only 2 Available) - $500   Includes : Your Logo will go across the bottom of all printed photobooth pictures during the event, as well as electronic copies which will be able to be shared from our social media pages. 

 

Individual VIP Tickets  and Pricing Information –  $50

Ticket includes : Meet & Greet Sessions with Phil Heath and special guests, Food (TBA), Music, Photobooth and pictures.

 

Due to the overwhelming amount of interest and the success of last year’s event, there will be no General Admission Tickets this year.

 

This is a charity event and tax deductible.
